Welcome to Aion Europe 4.6.

By creating an account, accessing our website, launching the game client, or using any service provided by Aion Europe 4.6, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

1. General Information

Aion Europe 4.6 is a free community project created by passionate players for entertainment purposes only.

The server is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with NCSoft or any of its subsidiaries.

All trademarks, copyrights, logos, game assets, names and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Account Responsibility

Each player is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You agree to:

• Keep your password secure.
• Never share your account with another person.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities performed using your account.

The staff cannot be held responsible for lost accounts resulting from password sharing, phishing, malware, or user negligence.

3. Fair Play

A fair and enjoyable environment is essential for all players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using cheats, hacks, bots or automation software.
• Exploiting bugs or unintended game mechanics.
• Packet editing or client modification.
• Using third-party software providing an unfair advantage.
• Duplication of items, currencies or equipment.
• Real Money Trading (RMT).
• Selling or purchasing accounts.
• Sharing exploits without immediately reporting them to the staff.

Any account found violating these rules may receive warnings, temporary suspensions or permanent bans depending on the severity of the offense.

Staff decisions regarding rule violations are final.

4. Player Conduct

Players are expected to behave respectfully toward other members of the community.

The following behavior is not tolerated:

• Harassment.
• Hate speech.
• Racism.
• Sexism.
• Threats.
• Doxxing or publication of private information.
• Impersonating staff members.
• Deliberately disrupting events.
• Repeated toxic behavior.

Constructive criticism is always welcome when expressed respectfully.

5. Server Availability

Although we strive to provide a stable and uninterrupted service, Aion Europe 4.6 cannot guarantee permanent availability.

Maintenance, hardware failures, internet outages or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily interrupt access.

No compensation shall be owed for temporary interruptions.

6. Character, Items and Game Data

Characters, items, currencies, rankings and all virtual content remain virtual entertainment elements.

The administration reserves the right to:

• Correct bugs.
• Remove duplicated items.
• Rebalance game systems.
• Modify drop rates.
• Modify rewards.
• Remove illegitimate gains.
• Restore server integrity when necessary.

These actions may be performed without prior notice whenever required for the health of the server.

7. Community Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis through Discord and the official website.

While we aim to answer every request promptly, response times may vary depending on staff availability.

Abusive support requests may be ignored.

8. Voluntary Donations

Operating Aion Europe 4.6 involves ongoing expenses including dedicated servers, infrastructure, bandwidth, protection services, website hosting and development.

Members who wish to support the continued operation and development of the project may choose to make a completely voluntary financial donation.

A donation is made freely and voluntarily to support the project and does not constitute the purchase of any product, service, virtual item, or contractual entitlement.

As a gesture of appreciation for supporting the project, the administration may grant complimentary Shop Coins to the donor.

These Shop Coins are offered free of charge, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not considered goods purchased by the donor.

Because donations are voluntary contributions intended solely to support the project, they are considered final and non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the donor's country expressly require otherwise.

Attempting to obtain complimentary Shop Coins through payment disputes, chargebacks or fraudulent claims after receiving them may result in suspension or permanent termination of all related accounts.

9. Website Services

Additional website features including rankings, auctions, account management, premium services, statistics and community tools may evolve over time.

The administration reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any website functionality without prior notice.

10. Premium Features

Premium memberships, cosmetic rewards or optional website features are designed to support the project and enhance the player experience.

Premium services may be modified, updated or improved over time as the project evolves.

Nothing contained within Premium services shall be interpreted as granting ownership over any virtual content.

11. Staff Authority

Game Masters and Administrators are responsible for maintaining a fair environment.

Staff decisions regarding:

• Exploits
• Rule interpretation
• Sanctions
• Appeals
• Community safety

shall be considered final.

Abuse toward staff members may itself constitute a violation of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Aion Europe 4.6 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the administration shall not be liable for:

• Data loss.
• Character loss.
• Item loss.
• Service interruption.
• Hardware failures.
• Internet outages.
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

13. Privacy

Only the minimum technical information required to operate the service is collected.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect stored information.

Players are responsible for keeping their own devices secure.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.

Major modifications may be announced through the official website or Discord server.

Continued use of the services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use Aion Europe 4.6, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service in their entirety.

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or any other action deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the server and its community.
