Installation Guide
Download the full game client first, extract it, then place the launcher inside the game folder.
Important: do not use the launcher to download the game automatically — always download the client separately using the links below.
Installation steps
- Step 1 — Download the game: download the full client .rar archive from one of the links below.
- Step 2 — Extract the game: extract the archive with WinRAR or 7-Zip into a folder (for example Aion Europe).
- Step 3 — Download the launcher: download AionEuropeLauncher.exe (or the launcher .rar and extract it).
- Step 4 — Place the launcher in the game folder: move AionEuropeLauncher.exe into the same folder as the game files (bin32, L10N, etc.). Open the launcher, go to Options, select that exact folder, then click Play.

Download the launcher after extracting the game, then place it inside the game folder.

If installation fails, open a support ticket and include a screenshot of your launcher settings.
Common Mistakes
- Using launcher auto-download: always download the full client .rar separately first. Do not let the launcher download the game for you.
- Wrong folder selected in launcher options: always select the exact game folder that contains bin32, L10N, etc.
- Launcher placed in a different folder: keep AionEuropeLauncher.exe in the same folder as the game client files.
- Archive not extracted: do not run the game from inside a .rar/.zip; extract all files first.
- Partial extraction: make sure every client file is extracted before opening the launcher.
- Nested folders after extraction: avoid paths like Aion Europe\Aion Europe\...; select the real root folder containing bin32, L10N, etc.
