Installation Guide
Choose one of the two methods below. Both are supported and safe.
Method 1 — Auto Install with Launcher (Recommended)
This is the easiest way. The launcher downloads the full game automatically.
Steps
- Create an empty folder, for example: Aion Europe.
- Put AionEuropeLauncher.exe inside this folder.
- Open the launcher, go to Options, and select this folder.
- The launcher will download and install all game files automatically.
- When completed, click Play.
Good to know
- Best method for new players.
- No manual extraction required.
- Launcher will also keep your client updated.
Method 2 — Manual Client (.rar) + Launcher
Use this method if you prefer downloading the full archive from mirror links.
Steps
- Download the full client archive and the launcher.
- Extract the client with WinRAR or 7-Zip.
- Move all extracted files into one folder of your choice.
- Put AionEuropeLauncher.exe in the same folder.
- Open launcher Options and select that exact folder.
- Launcher will verify files and patch missing updates automatically.

If installation fails, open a support ticket and include a screenshot of your launcher settings.
Common Mistakes
- Wrong folder selected in launcher options: always select the exact game folder that contains the Aion files.
- Launcher placed in a different folder: keep AionEuropeLauncher.exe in the same folder as the game client files.
- Archive not extracted: do not run the game from inside a .rar/.zip; extract all files first.
- Partial extraction: make sure every client file is extracted before opening the launcher.
- Nested folders after extraction: avoid paths like Aion Europe\\Aion Europe\\...; select the real root folder containing bin32, L10N, etc.
